Praying For One Another

Our Father always makes a way for us to be with Him. If we stray from His way, He makes a way back for us. Often, that is through prayer for others. We are encouraged to do this time and again in scriptures.

Ephesians 5:19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, 20giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, 21 submitting to one another in the fear of God.

And our Father has shown that e responds to suc prayers for one another.

Daniel 2:16 Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation.
17 Then Daniel went to his house, and made the thing known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions:
18 That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret; that Daniel and his fellows should not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.

Daniel had the attitude towards God of a man that needed repentance and restoration. He did not see himself as better than his brethren, but someone in need.

Daniel 9:19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
20 And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God;
21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.

We see that God responds to those with a broken and contrite heart. He always has, and always will. It is in His nature to do this, because He loves us and desires all men to turn to Him.

1 Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

Today, let us all confess our sins to our Father, and the sins of our nation, that our Father might hear and save us, making us whole.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name Yahuah! Let Your will be done here. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Create in us clean and healed hearts. Renew Your Spirit within us. Restore all that has been taken, cast down, or held back in any way from Your people. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus (Yeshuah) our Messiah. Amen.
