He Loves You…
There was a game we played as a kid to determine if a sought after loved one loved me. As a child I remember playing the game where I would pick a flower like a daisy, and start pulling the petals off one by one. Each time a petal is pulled off and discarded into the wind, a phrase would be varied and spoken out loud, “She loves me. Shelves me not. She loves me. She loves me not…” etc. Whatever the last petal revealed via this repeated pattern was to be the answer sought. It was a silly kids’ game and though I believe it actually made its way into the movies a time or two, no one thought of it as having any impact on reality.
Today as I was thinking about YAH and how thankful I am that He cares for me, it reminded me of the game. If that game were played today about YAH, what I would say would go like this: “He loves me, He loves me, He loves me, He loves me…” No matter what happens YAH always loves me, and I am so thankful that is true.
Psalm 61:1 Hear my cry, O God;
Attend unto my prayer.
2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee,
When my heart is overwhelmed:
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
4 I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever:
I will trust in the covert of thy wings.
Selah.
5 For thou, O God, hast heard my vows:
Thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.
6 Thou wilt prolong the king’s life:
And his years as many generations.
7 He shall abide before God for ever:
O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.
8 So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever,
That I may daily perform my vows.
He loves me and you!
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. Praise the name YAH. Praise the name YAHUAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. I choose to forgive them YAH. I choose to forgive. Keep me from temptations YAH. Deliver me from the evil here and the evil plans men have for me. I love You. Thank You, thank You, thank You, O King! I love You. Please restore me quickly YAH. Restore sevenfold. I love You. I love You. I ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
