Thankful For Choice

Today I was thinking about how the children of Israel during the first Exodus had to make some choices. They first had to choose to keep that Passover. And it is a custom today, but imagine hearing those words from Moses. What was that even like to hear? The thing is, they had just seen 9 plagues happen essentially at Moses’ command. But still, it was a choice. It was a choice to walk out into the desert (wilderness). And the thing is, they got to have a choice. They were allowed by YAH to actively choose.

We are offered that same choice. When we are told that our bodies belong to YAH, and that we need to renew our mind, that is a choice.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

YAH would not give us these choices if they were not possible. I do not say this as someone that makes these choices perfectly. But I am very thankful that I get the choice and the power to choose correctly. I just love YAH and all He does.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed and transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Keep us from temptations. We need You YAH. We need You YAH. Send us now Your abundant shalom. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
